Dress is business casual.
Social Hour:
 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Cash bar)
Dinner:
6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Program:
7:30 p.m.
Events:
Silent Auctions and Raffles prizes will be available.


Cost:

$50 per person

Proceeds will benefit the
Virginia Tech Athletic Fund.

All seating will be RESERVED.

THE BEST SEATS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO ORDER EARLY!

Those people wanting to sit together need to submit one order.

This event will sell out so get your tickets ASAP!!!

Reservations can be made either by mail or on-line or at the door.

It must be received by July 20th, 2011 or
it will not be accepted.

On-Line: Click on the button below to make reservations using your credit card.
Deadline for credit card purchases is midnight on July 26th, 2011.
At the door: Payment by check is preferred (payable to Richmond Hokie Club)
but cash is okay.
Table assignment will be made at time of purchase.

You are encouraged to order tickets using PayPal.

For PayPal orders, please submit one payment with the names of those you want seated at your table listed on the online form. Use the "Enter the names in your group" on the "Review Your Payment" page. (Show me).
Tables will seat 10 people.

Unfortunately, online sales have closed.

Note: There is $2.00 per ticket "processing" fee when using your credit card.
Ticket(s) are held at the door. They are NOT shipped.
We use the processing fee to recover the cost of providing this service to you.
